Sunday – Ride to gym & pump (weights) class.

Monday – Ride to and from work; attend circuit class on my lunch break.

Tuesday – Ride to and from work; ab class & results (weights and cardio) class.

Wednesday – Ride to and from work; running and ab warm up; pump (weights) class.

Thursday – Ride to gym & work; personal training session (legs and HIIT).

Friday – Barry’s work christmas party – rest day.

Saturday – Walk approx. 4km.

Sunday – Bike ride approx.4km.

**Would have usually attended Saturday morning circuit classes & yoga but ended up sleeping most of the weekend, must have needed it :)
