Quick Almond Cookies

A recipe that’s so quick and easy it’s ideal for a quick snack prep for the following day; or to make a big batch on a Sunday weekly cook up!Quick Almond Cookies

 

Ingredients:

Handful of Dry Roasted Almonds
1 Tablesoon of Chia seeds (soaked for 15min with 3 Tablesoons of Water, stir after soak)
1/2 Tablespoon of Natvia
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
90g Almond Meal

Bind all ingredients together except the almonds, roll into balls (should make approx 6,  press down with wet hands or wet fork, press almonds into cookie, bake for 15-20min on 190deg.
