Protein Powerful Breakfast Mix

A quick dish I’ve come up with recently. Packed with all the things that help me start my day. With most of my recipes, you can chop and change to suite your preference. Vanilla or Chocolate protein powder work perfectly!

Ingredients:Protein Powerful Breakfast Mix

2 Scoops of Vanilla Pea Protein Powder

2 Tablespoons of Coconut Yoghurt

1/4 Cup of Water

1 Tablespoon of Fibre

1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil

1 Tablespoon of Maca Powder (or Cacao)

Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Handful of blueberries

3 Large Strawberries cut in half

Instructions:

Mix together with a spoon the protein powder and coconut yoghurt. Add water slowly and continue to stir. Once the mixture forms a wet dough like texture add in remaining ingredients and mix. Add fruit last.

You could also use banana.
