Peanut Butter Protein Dessert


Would you believe me if I said I have this dessert every single night? I do! It’s my little ‘treat’ after dinner. Try not to go overboard with the peanut butter (as I tend to do which no longer makes it a guilt-free treat). Peanut Butter Protein Dessert



1-2 Tablespoons of 100% Peanut Butter (2 tablespoons is a suitable daily allowance)

2 Scoops of raw Rice Protein Powder – Chocolate

1/2 Tablespoon of Natvia

1/2 Tablespoon of Choc Natvia or Cacao Powder

1-2 Tablespoons of water


Combine in a small bowl peanut butter and protein powder, mashing it together. Then add natvia. Start to slowly add the water 1 tablespoon at a time. Keep mashing until the dough becomes moist. Add more water if need be but be careful not to add to much as you don’t want a runny mixture. Pop in freezer for half hour and then enjoy!
