Finally, with a lot of brainstorming, late nights typing away, research and networking, I’ve finally achieved my biggest goal for 2012  - to create

What to expect in 2013?

Firstly, thank you for your support and encouragement in making betterfitvegan for me a reality and for visiting the site!

After the site launches on 01.01.2013 you will discover the foundation of betterfitvegan but in the following days/weeks you’ll see:

  • Weekly recipe updates
  • General ‘blogs’ covering things from to vegan cosmetics to my weekly fitness regime and all things in between (please also submit any requests to me on topics you would like to know more about, I will do my best to help)
  • Weekly health and fitness tips
  • Eating out experiences
  • List of vegan friendly restaurants and food places in Melbourne (if you are interstate, please fell free to advise me of any experiences or any findings you come across)
  • Positive affirmations
