Choc Protein Power Balls

I’m constantly looking at ways I can simplify my snacks, create new tasty treats that are still nutritional and not full of crap and just to mix things up a bit. I use to make truffle/balls a while ago and thought I’d give them another go. These are just one of many to come!

Ingredients:Choc Protein Power Balls

1 Cup of almond meal

5 Tablespoons of melted coconut oil

4 Scoops of choc protein powder (I used Sun Warrior Rice base powder)

3 Tablespoons of hemp powder

1/4 Cup of natvia

1/4-1/2 Cup of almond milk (add to mixture 1 tablespoon at a time)

1 Tablespoon of raw cacao

3/4 Tablespoon of vanilla extract

2 Tablespoons of cacao nibs

Instructions:

Easy – combine everything together, constantly mix through the almond milk until you get a wet dough type texture.

Roll into little balls and place into freezer for 20min. This will help them set.

Remove from freezer and keep in fridge.

Makes approx. 12 balls.
