Choc Banana Fudge Protein Bars


Constantly looking at different recipes for protein and using my protein powders. This is a great snack to have during the day or pre/post workout. Best to be kept in the freezer overnight and then fridge.

Choc Banana Fudge Protein Bars


2 Large bananas

6 Scoops of sun warrior chocolate rice protein powder

1 Cup of almond milk (unsweetened)

2 Tablespoons of coconut oil

1/3 Cup of cacao


Blend in food processor the bananas and then add remaining ingredients. You will have to keep pulsing mixture, stopping and scraping down the sides as the dough becomes quite hard.

Line small baking tray with glad wrap and spread mixture evenly with wet hands. Mixture is tough to spread so use a wet spoon to flatten in evenly.

Makes approx 9x small bars.
