Chia Choc Chunk Cookies

Say that ten times without stopping….and add CLEAN Chia Choc Chunk Cookies. Another guilt free treat or perfect for a mid afternoon snack. Very easy to alter with your favourite ingredients so watch this space for more clean cookie recipes!

Ingredients:Chunky Choc Chia Cookies

2 Cups of almond meal

2 Tablespoons of chia seeds

2 Tablespoons of almond milk

1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract

3-4 Tablespoons of coconut oil

1/4 Teaspoon of sea salt

1/4 Cup of natvia

1 Teaspoon of baking powder

1-2 bars of sugar free chocolate or dark chocolate (be careful with the sugar content!)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Line a baking tray with tin foil, spray with coconut oil and set aside.

Chop up chocolate into desired chunk sizes. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and add chocolate.

Mix ensuring everything is evenly combined.

Roll into small balls and place onto the the tray 3cm apart. Flatten the balls with the palm of your hand or a wet spoon or fork. Makes approx. 12 cookies.

Place in oven for approx. 15-20 min checking regularly.

Remove from oven and let cookies cool for 20min before serving!

Great for the freezer or fridge :) I kept mine in a container in the fridge for my weekly snacks.
